To begin the training process, the player must fill out the application form.
The training schedule is daily updated and can be found under the „Reservation“. Please contact your coach to receive access.
One training hour is 55 minutes long. The player must not leave the court without a warning. The player must arrive 5 minutes before the beginning of the training.
Pliskova Tennis Academy is entitled to cancel the training. If so, the player or a parent will receive the information immediately.
Pliskova Tennis Academy is entitled to substitute the coach without prior warning.
The player cannot be excused from the group training in the permanent schedule to ensure a stable price for all participants.
The individual training can be canceled by the player no later than noon the day before. In the winter term, the court must be paid no matter the cancellation.
In the winter term, the court must be prepaid to secure the reservation.
In the summer term, the invoice for tennis and fitness training is being sent in the first three days of the subsequent month. Any complaints must be received no longer than three days after receiving the invoice.
All payments that are due must be paid in order for the player to be placed in the training schedule.
